In light of the recent developments due to the COVID-19 outbreak and the regulations put in place by the Dutch government we have closed our hotel operations as well as PARK Café-Restaurant effective immediately, until 6 April 2020. Although the hotel is temporarily closed, we are still accepting new reservations for later dates. Furthermore, our Reservations, Sales & Marketing team are working normal office hours to help you for all your stays, meetings & events that are coming up later in the year.

Health & Safety
The health and safety of all our employees, guests and our community is our main priority. We have added extensive sanitizing practices in all areas of our hotels, from guest rooms to back offices, to our already thorough cleaning protocols. Moreover, we are following the restrictions and guidance of our national government and local health organizations.
All existing reservations – even those described as non-cancellable (“Advanced Purchase”) – that are scheduled for arrival before 30 April 2020 can be changed free of charge to any other date within the year until 31 December 2020. You will receive a voucher with the paid amount to spend within this calendar year.
Given these unique circumstances we are making additional adjustments to offering you flexible booking options.
For new bookings made until 31 August 2020 we apply flexible booking conditions. Just get in touch with our Reservations team via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take care of everything.
