PARK's French toast with salted caramel

Ingredients
For 4 persons
- 4 slices of brioche bread
- 3 dl milk
- 1 egg
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Powdered sugar
- 100 grams granulated sugar
- 50 grams salted butter
Preparation
- Let the granulated sugar burn until golden brown in a dry pan
- Deglaze with water
- Boil until everything is dissolved and add half of the butter
- Reduce to the desired thickness and set aside
- Beat the egg into the milk and add the cinnamon
- Heat up a frying pan with the rest of the butter
- Dip the brioche in the egg/milk mixture and fry until brown
- Put them on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar and pour the caramel over them.
