PARK's French toast with salted caramel

Can't come to PARK? Then PARK is coming to you! Sander shares his favorite PARK dishes that you can easily prepare at home.


For 4 persons

  • 4 slices of brioche bread
  • 3 dl milk
  • 1 egg
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Powdered sugar
  • 100 grams granulated sugar
  • 50 grams salted butter


  1. Let the granulated sugar burn until golden brown in a dry pan
  2. Deglaze with water
  3. Boil until everything is dissolved and add half of the butter
  4. Reduce to the desired thickness and set aside
  5. Beat the egg into the milk and add the cinnamon 
  6. Heat up a frying pan with the rest of the butter
  7. Dip the brioche in the egg/milk mixture and fry until brown
  8. Put them on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar and pour the caramel over them.
